2. About Our Products
- All products sold on Pixel Charm are imitation/fashion jewellery. They are NOT made of real gold, silver, or precious stones unless explicitly stated.
- Product images are representative. Slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur due to handcrafting and screen settings.
- Product weights and dimensions mentioned are approximate.
- We recommend keeping imitation jewellery away from water, perfumes, and chemicals to maintain quality.
3. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid) or acceptance of COD.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Payment
- We accept UPI, online payments (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- For prepaid orders, a 5% discount is applied automatically.
- Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. We do not store card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1,499.
- Shipping charges of ₹100 apply for orders below ₹1,499.
- Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days (may vary by location).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing, provided the order has not been dispatched.
- To cancel, message us immediately on WhatsApp with your Order ID.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- COD orders that are refused at delivery may result in the customer being blacklisted from future COD orders.
7. Exchange & Returns
- We do NOT offer returns or refunds.
- Exchange is available only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
- Exchange must be requested within 3 days of delivery with unboxing video proof.

8. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website — including product images, text, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Pixel Charm.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
- Product images may not be used by other sellers or businesses.
10. Customer Reviews
- Reviews submitted by customers reflect their personal experience and opinions.
- We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain abusive language, spam, or false claims.

11. Limitation of Liability
- Pixel Charm shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or personal injury caused by wearing imitation jewellery. Users are advised to check product materials before purchase.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the order value of the product in question.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
