Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

• Damaged product: If the product is physically damaged during transit (broken, bent, scratched).
• Defective product: If the product has a manufacturing defect (missing stones, broken clasp, discoloration on arrival).
• Wrong product: If you received a different product than what you ordered.

Exchange NOT Available For

• Change of mind or "I don't like it" after receiving.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear.
• Color variations due to screen differences (slight shade variations are normal in fashion jewellery).
• Products without original packaging.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Record unboxing: Always record a video while opening your package. This protects you in case of damage.
2. Report within 3 days: Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product via WhatsApp or email.
3. Share proof: Send the unboxing video clearly showing the damage/defect along with your order ID.
4. Approval: Our team will review and approve the exchange within 24 hours.
5. Ship back: Once approved, ship the product back to us (shipping charges for return will be borne by us for genuine damage cases).
6. Replacement: A new product will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchange Timeline

• Request window: Within 3 days of delivery.
• Approval time: Within 24 hours of submitting proof.
• Replacement delivery: 3-5 business days after receiving the returned product.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing if not yet dispatched.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• To cancel, message us immediately on WhatsApp with your Order ID.
• COD orders that are refused at delivery may be blacklisted from future COD orders.
