Shipping Charges

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch for most locations in India.
Remote areas: Deliveries to remote PIN codes may take 7-10 business days.

Online Payment (Recommended): UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, Wallets — all accepted via Razorpay. Get extra 5% off on prepaid orders!
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available via WhatsApp only. COD orders cannot be placed directly on the website.

COD orders must be placed via WhatsApp — send your order details (items, address, phone) to our WhatsApp.
Advance payment of ₹200 required: To confirm a COD order, you must pay ₹200 in advance via online payment. This is to prevent order abuse and RTO (Return to Origin) cases.
COD charge: An additional ₹99 COD handling charge applies on all COD orders.
RTO charges: If a COD order is not accepted/picked up (RTO), an additional ₹99 will be charged. This amount will be deducted from any future orders or refunds.
Remaining amount: Pay the balance amount to the delivery partner when you receive your package.

⚠️ Note: Repeated RTO cases may result in COD being disabled for your account.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this link to track your package in real-time.

We partner with reputed courier services including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your jewellery.

All orders are carefully packed in branded boxes to prevent damage during transit.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, holidays, courier delays).
We currently deliver only within India.
